Brady and Chris are absolutely amazing to work with. If you are building a home I would highly recommend having them do it. They were great at communicating throughout the entire process and our home turned out better than anticipated.

We’re very happy with our home and feel it was a “bargain” compared to what other nearby builders were/are offering. The bottom line with Summit is, you get more for your house dollars. Many standard features—granite counters, extra carpet padding, comfort-height counters, tile in bathrooms and laundry, nicer finishings—are upgrades for other builders. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because of many mishaps and delays. Advice: follow-up discussions with sales people and construction foreman with an email. Would we buy from Summit again? Absolutely.

Brady and his team are very polite and desire to please the client. We ran into several issues and Brady did his best to resolve each situation. He was diligent to see the job through until we were satisfied.
